Frequently Asked Questions
Is an HSA account provided?
No. While the Premium HSA plan qualifies you to have an HSA account for you and your family members, you will be responsible for creating your own account and managing contributions and withdrawals. See our blog post on Lively as an HSA custodian .
Is my monthly premium tax deductible?
The MEC and HSA enablement components of the Premium HSA plan are insurance and therefore may be tax deductible at a rate of $63.75 for Member Only memberships and $101.25 for all other household sizes. Consult your tax preparer for advice.
